Apologies for the small earthquake if you were near Stamford this morning!

As you've probably guessed from the title of this post, I managed to go for a run this morning. I managed to run 2.5km (approx 1.6miles) which I didn't think was too bad seeing as I've not been for a while and it actually felt really good. Thankfully living where we do, I can run along the farm lanes without having to inflict myself on the general population, apologies though to the couple of pheasants and the rabbits that I scared along the way...I did wonder if one of the rabbits had myxomatosis as it sat there but it was obviously just in shock at the sight of an overweight figure closely resembling a bumble bee (note to self must find my running top) thundering towards it!

The garmin jobby is brilliant. Took a couple of false starts to get sorted out but eventually it worked and even managed to download the data when I got back .....ok, I confess, Mark did the sorting out of the techie stuff for me, me doing it by myself would have been more of a feat that doing the marathon! Maybe, just maybe, by April I will have got to grips with it.....

  1. Whoop! Well done. I assumed the tremor was due to the curry we'd had the night before and blamed Ade...;o)
